Awaken Your Chakra's in 9 Steps - Step 1

In the King James Version of the Bible the text reads:
7 Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye. shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you:
8 For every one that asketh receiveth; and he that seeketh.
Hermes said, “Your awakening will begin when my staff comes into contact with your third eye!” he said in a loud voice.
“But now you have to want it in your heart again. If you want to move forward, I'll do it. Free will is the greatest power in the universe. Now please make a decision son. Do you want to move forward?”
“Well, what will happen now?”
“I have come to remind you of your destiny that you forgot with your birth. You will now remember the fateful plan you have contracted. You will remember yourself. Of course, if you want that."
“Please do it then, Hermes,” I enthusiastically agreed with him. I wanted to progress.
And the luminous crystal at the tip of the staff of Hermes touched my forehead where my third eye was. The third eye was the 6th of the 7 chakras in the human body in ancient Indian Philosophy and was the gateway to human intuition.
There is a moment in life when the mind stops and the heart speaks, at that moment I felt enlightened for a short time. One of the perfect people of the Anatolian land once said:
What do you call heart? A piece of meat. However, when the light of truth shines on it, the heart turns into a heart.
At that moment, I would see it as presumptuous to say that my heart was no longer a piece of meat, but turned into a humble heart. Perhaps it would be more appropriate to describe this as an expansion of cognition or an increase in consciousness that now allows one to understand things that were previously incomprehensible. In fact, it could not possibly be a coincidence that the chakra, which Hermes refers to as the third eye and which corresponds to the pineal gland in the human body according to Indian teaching, is related to intuition, seeing the invisible and perceiving the truth.
All I knew was that at that moment, my body was suddenly shaking from the top of my brain to my coccyx. It was as if a lightning bolt from the sky had struck the top of my brain. I was shaking like a step-dancer.
As the staff of Hermes touched my forehead, tremendous energy began to flow through me. It was as if a door had been opened on the top of my head through my third eye, and energy was filling up a channel that existed from that door to my coccyx, which I did not know existed until it. However, this flow of energy was not a continuous flow, but a gradual one, like a train going from one station to the next.
A flood of energy entering from the top of my head was moving step by step - first on my forehead, then on my throat, then on my heart, stomach, genitals, and coccyx. I felt the energy jolt my body more and more with each chakra it visited, like a heavy ball falling step by step down a seven-step ladder. It was as if the energy in each chakra was making room for itself in that area, getting used to the environment, and then cleaning there. For some reason, the fact that my body temperature was increasing especially in the areas where the chakras were, made me feel very comfortable.
When the cosmic guest arrived at the root chakra located in my coccyx, my body was upright, as if straightened by a plumb line.
At that moment, I felt that each chakra was aligned like rosary beads strung on an invisible energy thread, and the energy flowing from my crown chakra formed an energy corridor. This energy was so strong that it seemed to stretch from my feet to the magma of the earth and turn me into a great sycamore rooted like a tree in the middle of our hall.
While this rooting experience evoked the feeling of being one with the world, I felt that the energy flowing from my crown chakra anchored me to the sun like an arrow shot from the sun. This is how I would feel if a string were drawn between the magma of the earth and the sun and my chakras were lined up on this flat string like beads on a rosary. The energy that I felt coming from the sun introduced me to the feeling of unity with the universe. I had never felt like this at any time in my life. It was as if I was one of the stars in those star clusters that I admired from the balcony at night. I was happy and peaceful like a sheep that lost its herd and found its way back to the herd. After Hermes touched my third eye lightly with the crystal, my entire chakra system was experiencing the meeting of the macrocosm and the microcosm on an energy thread.
These thoughts that went through my mind ended when I felt an energy awakening in my root chakra that I did not know until that moment. Was this the energy that yogis call Kundalini, sleeping in our coccyx?
